REUNION was founded in 2023 by Steve Knowles and Justin Hind, with Dominique Hind, Oliver Beeston and Claire Hawksford joining the foundation leadership team. 

Justin and Steve have worked together since 2007, most recently as founders and leaders of businesses acquired by Dentsu, where they worked together in partnership across digital transformation consulting, strategy, creative, customer experience and data. The intent at Dentsu was always to create a new combined model for clients and the Australian market.

REUNION continues this intent to be Australia's most growth focused agency with a focus on data-led, audience-first strategies. By connecting strategy, creative, tech, customer experience, performance and media into a unified solution, we believe that the impact can be much greater than the sum of the parts.
