Solution: Western Sydney University collaborated with REUNION to evaluate and enhance their digital marketing model and technology infrastructure stack. Our shared goal was to boost the University's marketing and experience objectives while minimising time to market and data and technology costs. Collectively our focus was on providing a personalised digital experience for all current and potential students, all hailing from different communities and regions with different needs. REUNION conducted a thorough strategic review, offering recommendations to strengthen the University's competitive edge in the highly competitive education economy.
